SCOR Investment Partners was founded to allow the SCOR Group to centralize and internalize the financial management of the assets of all group entities. In May 2009, SCOR Investment Partners was registered and authorized by the “Autorité des Marchés Financiers” (“AMF”) as a portfolio management company. For more than a decade, the company has been developing investment strategies which enable access to markets with high barriers to entry, such as corporate loans, infrastructure, and real estate loans. The company established an Insurance-Linked Securities (“ILS”) expertise in 2011. These investment strategies, providing diversification in global investment portfolios, have been progressively opened to third-party investors since 2012. SCOR Investment Partners has been a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment since 2016. SCOR Investment Partners is also a founding member of the coalition for the just transition initiated by Institut de la Finance Durable in 2021. As a founding member of the coalition, SCOR Investment Partners is committed to engaging with companies, encouraging them to integrate the social aspects of the transition into their strategies and to highlight best practices within key industries.
