Qalaa Holdings, formerly Citadel Capital, is a fund management firm that invests in private equity and infrastructure strategy based in Cairo, Egypt. The firm makes control private equity investments in North and East Africa, frontier MENA countries, Kenya, and Uganda. The firm has completed a wide range of transaction types including distressed investments, industry roll-ups, growth capital investments, and leveraged investments.
