Oregon Community Capital (OCCI) is a US-based real estate firm, that specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets, as well as the management of private real estate funds. The firm focuses on opportunities in mixed-use, commercial and multi-family properties across the western region of the West, US with a primary focus in Oregon. Oregon Community Capital is the real estate captive arm of the Community Development Corporation of Oregon (CDCO). OCCI was created to provide its purpose-built fund administration solution to its OZ Fund; a venture fund was launched to invest in small business start-ups in tandem with the firm's Opportunity Zone Fund.
