Formed in 2018, NW3 Capital is a Brazil-based hedge fund managed and born as a spin-off of Leste Group (a Brazilian hedge fund). The firm focuses exclusively on managing event-driven funds, utilizing the portfolio managers' experience to identify situations in the global equity market where corporate events present capital gain opportunities.
