March Altus Capital Management

Established in 2012, March Altus Capital Management is a Connecticut-based hedge fund manager that primarily invests globally in mid to large-cap healthcare companies, maintaining a long bias and a concentrated portfolio. The firm targets what it deems as innovative, organic-growth companies led by experienced management teams, positioning them as leaders or emerging leaders within the healthcare space. It seeks to curate an idiosyncratic portfolio of companies believed to offer value creation over a 12 to 24-month period. The portfolio is meticulously constructed and actively managed through a proprietary process developed by the firm's Chief Investment Officer, Neil Shah. Neil Shah has exclusively invested in healthcare for nearly two decades. Prior to founding March Altus, Mr. Shah served as an equity partner at Shumway Capital Partners, where he spearheaded the healthcare effort for over six years. He commenced his investment management career at Frontier Capital Management, a long-only firm. Mr. Shah holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
