Gingko Management is a Switzerland-based Infrastructure firm that targets the acquisition, development, redevelopment of assets across Belgium, Spain, Portugal and France. The firm is affiliated with Edmond de Rothschild Group. Their funds aim to acquire a portfolio of environmentally impaired sites ("brownfields") to remediate the land using the most environmentally sound techniques. The Ginkgo team is focusing on generating sustainable value from significantly polluted sites.
