Evernorth, formerly known as Housing Vermont, is a US-based real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation and management of real estate assets. Evernorth also manages private real estate funds and the provision of real estate debt. Established in 1988, the firm focuses on opportunities in affordable homes for low-and moderate-income people across northern New England. As of July 2020, Northern New England Housing Investment Fund (NNEHIF) and Housing Vermont (HV) announced that both firms are merging as a single entity. The new regional organization will now be named as Evernorth.
