Venturance Alternative Assets, formerly known as Endurance Investments, is a Chilean-based fund manager investing in real estate, private equity, and private debt asset classes that looks to invest in growing companies or those with clear deficiencies in management. The firm will take minority or controlling stakes and can make a number of investments such as buyouts, growth, and turnaround. The private debt arm invests in small and medium-sized companies through innovative, versatile debt structures using direct lending strategies. The real estate arm provides investments in commercial and industrial properties.
