Established in Q2 of 2011 by Heeten Doshi, Doshi Capital Management (DCM) is a New Jersey-based hedge fund manager investing in global macro strategies. Heeten Doshi, previously a senior equity strategist at Brown Brothers Harriman focused on the U.S. economy, equity market, and sector/industry investment recommendations. Mr. Doshi also worked at Morgan Stanley as an equity research analyst where he conducted bottom-up fundamental analysis covering the transportation industry. The founder also worked as a fixed income trader at Lehman Brothers, managing loan risk exposure through loan sales and derivative products. DCM seeks to capture returns in both up and down markets while minimizing portfolio volatility and downside risk. The firm relies on decades of extensive research to understand different market cycles and the cause-and-effect relationships that drive asset prices.
