DeA Capital

DeA Capital (formerly known as IDEA Capital Funds) is an independent management company that manages private equity funds of funds, private debt direct lending funds, and direct investments. Founded in 2006, it is the reference partner in Italy for private equity investments through both its single-manager and multi-manager investment programs, providing investors with domestic and international exposure, respectively. The firm is 100% owned by DeA Capital, a listed company on the Milan Stock Exchange, as part of the De Agostini group. The private debt arm of the firm manages private debt direct lending funds. The firm is part-sponsored by the De Agostini Group, an Italian family-owned business. The real estate arm manages close-ended funds, listed funds, and SICAF. The firm also manages a natural resources strategy dedicated to investments in medium-sized and large agricultural businesses located in Italy through Special Purpose Vehicles. It pursues a value-added strategy by helping companies implement production and marketing strategies and by establishing new industrial and commercial partnerships.
