CRS Securities Advisors

Established in Q1 of 2019, CRS Securities Advisors (CRS) is a New York-based hedge fund manager that is managed by Joseph Cohen. The primary investment objective of the partnership is the growth of capital. The business of the partnership is the buying and selling of securities, including, without limitation, stocks, options, warrants, and rights of US and non-US entities. The partnership invests and trades in public and private securities and lends funds or assets and borrows money, with or without collateral. The firm ordinarily invests in securities that trade in sufficient volume to allow for the swift execution of transactions. Positions in securities are held for very short periods, even as little as a portion of one day. It engages in transactions in exchange-listed options in conjunction with or in lieu of taking a position in the underlying securities, including writing uncovered options. CRS also engages in short sales of securities and margin transactions.
