Launched in September 2017, Credere Capital is a London-based relative value arbitrage hedge fund manager. Oliver Dobbs is a fund manager with a ten-year track record of 10%+. Oliver Dobbs, formerly of Goldman Sachs, Tribeca, CQS, and BlueCrest has lived and worked across all geographies and launched the global Trium Credere fund using this experience. Trium Credere is a global fund that seeks absolute returns through a focused relative value approach to attractive investment opportunities in special situations and events where its investment team identifies catalysts impacting global corporate actions. The strategy maintains positions in companies currently or prospectively involved in a wide range of corporate transactions including rights issues, shareholder buybacks, spin-offs, merger ratchets, dividends, new capital raises, corporate restructuring, or other capital structure adjustments. The strategy aims to generate returns by exploiting dislocations and price mismatching while maintaining a disciplined risk management framework. The exposure is both in equity and credit markets and is non-directional. It focuses on liquid and easy-to-value trades.
