Founded in 2017, Audentia Global is an alternative credit hedge fund manager that partners with global trade finance banks and major physical trading corporates to co-invest in physical commodity transactions. It was established to provide a positive response to increased regulatory burdens affecting the banking industry, most particularly in the area of asset-backed lending. The firm is led by a purpose-built investment team of physical commodity practitioners and credit structuring specialists. It believes this, plus its business model of working with banks and corporates and not in competition with it, makes it unique in this space and differentiates it from other trade finance businesses.
