Infrastructure's performance has resurged over the past year, to achieve 13.4% over the one-year horizon to Q1 2021. The market also looks to be increasingly competitive, with the average target size of funds dropping compared to previous years. Indeed, the proportion of investors planning to commit to four or more funds is up from 3% a year ago to 19%.
