Enhancing Preqin Indices
The Preqin Index Methodology underpins Preqin Indices to ensure an accurate, complete, and timely representation of private market characteristics and performance. Our recent global market consultations have driven enhancements to Preqin Indices in three areas:
Index construction
Index calculation
Index governance
These enhancements will go live in January 2025 with the quarterly data update. This update will result in a one-off refresh of all historical index data points.

Source investor documents that matter to you
Use keyword searches to easily find investor documents of interest in Preqin Pro – the search results will show only the documents that contain your chosen words or phrases, saving you time when looking for the specific information.
The keyword search functionality locates your keywords in each document and shows the number of times they appear. It also displays a preview of the surrounding text in each instance to provide more context, helping you to identify whether this is the information you are looking for.

Net debt multiples now available in Transaction Intelligence
Net debt multiples data has been added to Preqin’s Transaction Intelligence, enabling you to easily understand the average net debt of a cohort of companies that match your preferences – whether you are valuing a private asset against that cohort, creating fund, or offering NAV financing solutions.
Net debt multiples have been added within the Valuation Overview tab for a high-level view of valuations, including this new metric at entry, entry for released deals only, and exit levels. It is also available within the Valuation Analysis tab to help you analyze this metric across the distribution, histogram, and correlation analysis charts.

Access Preqin data via Dynamics 365 Sales
Save time and resources by viewing Preqin data directly in your Dynamics 365 Sales instance.
With the new Preqin via Dynamics 365 Sales plugin, you can instantly sync Preqin’s investor and fund manager firm and contact information, as well as asset-class-specific information. This includes current and target allocations for investors, as well as the number of fund strategies and funds currently managed for fund managers.
