The march toward gender equality continues in 2024

Powerful forces are propelling women’s momentum in the professional workplace. Women now account for 21.8% of all employees in alternative assets, as of January. This represents a 24.4% uptick from 2020.

Despite the under-representation of women, trailblazers are leading thoughtful conversations, conducting valuable analysis, and developing solutions to improve diversity and combat gender gaps throughout the alternatives industry.
