Sovereign wealth fund Abu Dhabi Investment Council has appointed Edward Winter as Chief Investment Officer for Real Assets. Winter joins from Global Infrastructure Partners, a part of BlackRock.
London-listed Pershing Square Holdings has appointed Ranjani Kearsley as Independent Non-Executive Director. Kearsley is Head of Asset Management Investments at B-FLEXION.
AlTi Tiedemann Global has hired Cesar Pachon as Managing Director to lead the wealth manager’s Miami office. Pachon was a founding partner of a South Florida multi-family office.
US-based wealth manager IEQ Capital has appointed Kim Stolz as Senior Managing Director in New York. Stolz joins from Bank of America Private Bank, where she was Managing Director and Private Client Advisor.
Canopius Group, a global specialty insurer, has named Stacey Alioto as Group COO, effective September. Alioto spent more than 25 years at HSBC, most recently as Deputy Group COO.
New Zealand’s Tower Insurance has appointed Len Elikhis as CFO, effective November. Elikhis joins from PPS Mutual, where he was Chief Financial and Operating Officer.
Wealth manager Cresset has added Chris Tiano and Nick Smith as Managing Directors and Wealth Advisors in its Los Angeles and New York offices, respectively. They join from Lazard Wealth, where they oversaw $1.1bn in AUM.
Australian superannuation fund NGS Super has named Nick Callil as Head of Strategy, a newly-created role. Callil previously worked at WTW as Head of Retirement Solutions for Australia.
Canada-based RBC Wealth Management has appointed Tony Maiorino as President and CEO of its subsidiary RBC Wealth Management Financial Services. Maiorino will also remain Head of RBC Family Office Services.
Texas-based corporate investor Chevron Phillips Chemical has appointed Wayne Borduin as Executive Vice President and CFO, effective September. Borduin joins from Chevron Corporation, where he was Director and CIO.
ADM, a US-based agribusiness operator and investor, has appointed Jeff Rowe as Executive Vice President and COO, effective August. Rowe joins from Syngenta Group, where he was CEO.
UOB Private Bank, based in Singapore, has appointed Judy Chan as Managing Director, Hong Kong. Chan has held senior roles in private and commercial banking, including at Bank of China and HSBC.
Australia-based arcpoint OCIO has named Brad Creighton as Partner and Co-CIO, and Tracey Wahlberg as Partner and Director of Investment Management. Creighton led dynamic asset allocation at AMP. Wahlberg, previously at Magellan Financial Group, will lead arcpoint’s AI and data-science capability.
SiriusPoint, a global specialty insurer, has appointed Emily Yoo as COO, effective August. Yoo joins from Zurich’s travel insurance business, where she led global operations, technology, and transformation.
US-based diversified holding company Cox Enterprises has named Jessica Shrum as Senior Vice President, Strategy. Shrum joins from subsidiary Cox Communications, where she was Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer.
Cazenove Capital, Schroders’ London-based wealth management division, has appointed Grace Lavelle as CIO, Caspar Rock as Vice Chair, and Wilaf Moore as CEO for the UK and Channel Islands.
US-based insurer Allstate has named Christian Lown as Executive Vice President and CFO, effective August. Lown was previously CFO at CoStar Group.
Modera Wealth Management, a US-based RIA, has appointed Gaurav Mallik as CIO and Shelly Kapoor as COO. Mallik joins from Fiducia Advisors, Kapoor from Coldstream.
The Nevada Public Employees’ Retirement System has promoted Steve Edmundson to Executive Officer. He was previously CIO.
KKR has appointed Roy Gori as Senior Advisor. Gori was President and CEO of Manulife until 2025 and, before that, led Manulife Asia.
US-based private investment firm Motive Partners has hired Jennifer Nason as Industry Partner. Nason joins after nearly 40 years at J.P. Morgan, most recently as Global Chair of Investment Banking.
Athena Capital, a US-based venture firm, has added Francesca Cornelli to the Athena Council and Karim Bousta as Investment Partner. Cornelli is Dean of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, while Bousta co-founded DVx Ventures.
Andreessen Horowitz has appointed Connor Love as General Partner on its American Dynamism team. Love joins from Lightspeed Venture Partners was previously a Captain in the US Army.
US-based deep tech venture firm DCVC has named Luis Bacalao as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel.
Summit Partners, a global growth equity investor, has appointed Matt Lunkes as Advisory Partner. Lunkes joins from Accelya, where he was Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff.
Golub Capital, a global private credit manager, has added Timothée Delisle as Managing Director on its European direct lending team in London. Delisle joins after private credit and leveraged finance roles at Morgan Stanley, Alcentra, BlackRock, and HSBC.
US-based private investment firm Littlejohn & Co has promoted Brian Michaud to Managing Partner. He joined the firm in 2007 and sits on its investment committee.
Canada-based alternative asset manager Power Sustainable has appointed Tyler Luff as Managing Director, Investor Relations. He joins from Threadmark and will lead US capital formation across the firm’s investment platforms.
Boyd Watterson Global, a US-based asset manager, has appointed John Creswell as Global Chief Client Officer. Creswell joins from Trez Capital, where he led the global capital formation strategy.
Global venture capital firm B Capital has named Andrew Jackson as General Partner and Chief AI Officer. He most recently served as Chief AI Officer at G42.
American Beacon Partners, a US-based asset manager, has hired William MacGregor as Deputy General Counsel. MacGregor joins from Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, where he was a Partner in the investment management group.
Rockefeller Brothers Fund, a US-based foundation, has named Ian H. Solomon as President and CEO, effective September. He is currently Dean of the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at the University of Virginia.
New York-based asset manager Blackstone has announced plans to open an office in Kuwait in Q3 2026. President and COO Jon Gray said private capital can support Kuwait’s long-term economic diversification, while KDIPA Director General H.E. Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah said the move reflects growing confidence in Kuwait’s long-term outlook.
Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed John Boelter as Partner in its corporate, M&A and securities practice in Chicago. He joins from Mayer Brown.
Gibson Dunn has added James Manzione as Partner in its tax practice in New York. Manzione, who rejoins the firm, advises on tax matters involving investment funds and real estate.
Olshan has appointed Jonathan Bernstein as Partner in its corporate M&A practice. Bernstein advises private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, middle-market companies, and family-owned businesses.
Rowayton-based placement agent Eaton Partners has hired Mickey Brunton as Managing Director and Co-Head of GP-led Secondaries. He previously led Connaught’s secondaries advisory platform.
Academy Securities, a New York-based investment bank, has added Lieutenant General Anthony Hale to its Advisory Board and Geopolitical Intelligence Group. Hale has retired from the US Army after more than 30 years.
Tampa-based investment bank Skyway Capital Markets has appointed Amy Arnold as Senior Managing Director and Head of Product Development. Arnold joins from Concorde Investment Services, where she was Chief Due Diligence Officer.
Global financial group MUFG has appointed Valeria Strappa as Head of Global Transaction Banking for the Americas. She joins from J.P. Morgan Payments.
Canada-based bank BMO has promoted Ritu Gupta to Managing Director and Head of Wealth Technology Portfolio Management and Critical Services. Gupta previously led wealth technology strategy and operations at the bank.
