Non-sponsor-backed companies now available on Preqin Pro

You can now go beyond sponsor-backed assets and access an additional 24,000+ non-sponsor-backed companies on Preqin Pro.

The new dataset includes UK-based family/founder-owned companies with a £5m+ turnover and a minimum of 3 years of consecutive filings to help you find the best investment opportunities with high potential for value creation.

These company profiles are enriched with the highest quality financial data to help you understand how a company has been growing and conduct your due diligence with confidence.

How do I access this new dataset?

There are two ways to access non-sponsor-backed companies on Preqin Pro:

1. From the top navigation bar, via Search For > Companies & Deals – click on Company Search, then ‘More filters’, select the new ‘Funding Type’ filter, and make sure 'Non-sponsor-backed’ is ticked.

2. Via Quick Search – type the name of the company you’re interested in directly in the quick search navigation bar.
