WPA Participações is a Brazil-based, family-controlled holding company that serves as the principal investment and governance vehicle for the founding families of WEG S.A., one of the country’s largest industrial groups. The entity consolidates the families’ ownership interests and plays a central role in the long-term governance and control of WEG, holding controlling stakes in operating companies, most notably WEG S.A.
