Western States Carpenters Pension Plan is a multiemployer defined-benefit plan covering eligible members of local unions under the Western States Regional Council of Carpenters. The private sector pension fund provides participants with retirement, disability, and death benefits. It is located in Los Angeles, California, and Carpenters Southwest Administrative Corporation is the plan's administrator. Centennial State Carpenters Pension Trust Fund, the Arizona State Carpenters Pension Trust Fund, the Northwest Carpenters Retirement Plan, and the Southern Alaska Carpenters Retirement Plan have merged into the Western States Carpenters Pension Plan. Western States Regional Council of Carpenters is an affiliate of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (UBC) trade union. It is an association of local unions representing workers from the carpentry and joinery trades in Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Oregon, and Alaska.
