Western Power Distribution Group Pension Scheme is the private pension scheme for the employees of Western Power Distribution, also known as WPD Group. The group operates four defined benefit schemes: the two segments of the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme, the Western Power Utilities Pension Scheme, and the Infralec 1992 Pension Scheme. Assets for all schemes are held separately from those of the WPD Group. Western Power Distribution (WPD) is responsible for electricity distribution in the Midlands, South West, and Wales.
