About

USCA Asset Management, formerly Condera Advisors, is a fund of hedge fund manager that was formed in Q4 of 2008 under the laws of the State of Texas. In Q3 2013, US Capital Advisors acquired Condera Advisors, which was formed when CEO David Solomon and President Phil Pilibosian acquired Redstone Asset Management from the Redstone Companies. Condera Advisors represented the continuation of the advisory business previously conducted by its principals. It became what is now known as USCA Asset Management.
