About

University of Rochester Endowment provides perpetual annual support for student financial aid, faculty salaries, facility improvements, and academic programs of the University of Rochester. University of Rochester ranks among colleges and universities nationwide in federally financed science, engineering, medical and other research. The Board of Trustees Investment Committee has put in place a strategy of diversification, disciplined asset allocation, rigorous benchmarking, and prudent risk-taking that allows the endowment to attain proper growth. University of Rochester Endowment has established an Ethical Investment Advisory Committee, otherwise known as the EIAC, that monitors the endowment's investments. The endowment also maintains a Corporate Social Responsibility in Investing Policy, which aims to incorporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into its investment portfolio.
