About

The Plan is established on February 1, 2008, as a result of a court-approved bankruptcy plan submitted by Dana Corporation (Dana or the "Company"). The Plan provides health and welfare benefits to current and future retirees and disabled employees who end their employment at Dana in an International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) represented bargaining unit, as well as to surviving spouses, spouses, and dependents who are entitled to such benefits through their relationship with these retirees and disabled employees.
