About

Turkiye Varlik Yonetimi AS (TVF), legally formed on August 26, 2016, is a wealth management company established by the Turkish Government. The sovereign wealth fund aims to fund infrastructure projects in the region. The fund was incorporated with a primarily domestic focus. TVF is expected to generate long-term and low-cost finance for strategic, large-scale investments contributing to Turkey’s development. The government’s goals in the recent sovereign fund step are to increase the growth rate and investments to provide further employment, to ensure budget allocation to R&D investments for high-tech products in the defense industry, to finance mega-projects without increasing public debt, and to create efficient company management structures’ to the current.
