Founded in 2006, Trea Asset Management is an asset management firm that focuses on traditional and alternative investments, including private equity and venture capital, real estate, and infrastructure. In December 2015, Trea Asset Management became the manager of Grupo Cajamar's fund portfolio and in February 2017, the firm acquired BMGA SGIIC, becoming the sole manager of its funds. In 2022, Trea Asset Management spun off the management of its direct lending fund series, Trea direct lending, to Zenon Asset Management.
