About

Established in 1967, Linde Pension Plan is a non-contributory defined benefit plan which consists of two components: the Linde Cash Balance Retirement Plan which provides pension coverage to all United States of America salaried and non-bargaining hourly and mileage basis employees of the Linde North America, Inc, and similarly classified employees of its designated subsidiaries and affiliates and the Non-Contributory Retirement Income Plan for Bargaining Unit Employees of Lind which provides pension coverage for certain bargaining unit employees of its designated subsidiaries and affiliates. The Linde Pension Plan transferred its assets or liabilities to The Praxair Pension Plan effective December 31, 2018.
