About

Terrapin Asset Management (“TAM”) was a Registered Investment Adviser established in January 2001 by Nathan Leight. Prior to co-founding Terrapin, Mr. Leight was the Chief Investment Officer of Gabriel Capital, LP a hedge fund with assets specializing in bankruptcies, under-valued securities, emerging markets, private equity and merger arbitrage. Prior to Gabriel, Mr. Leight, as a Managing Director, established Dillon, Read & Co. Inc.’s Proprietary Trading department, which specialized in bankruptcy/distressed situations and risk arbitrage. This profile contains data pertaining to the firm's fund of hedge fund activity. The firm liquidated its fund of hedge funds in 2015.
