About

TelstraSuper is a superannuation scheme based in Australia. The firm started for employees of Telstra Corporation, an Australian provider of mobile network and broadband internet, and some of its Australian-controlled entities. However, it has been open to the public to join its superannuation scheme. The superannuation scheme has both defined benefit and defined contribution divisions. However, the defined benefit division of Telstra Super is closed to new members. As of May 2024, TelstraSuper announces its intention to explore merger options for the superannuation scheme. As of July 2025, TelstraSuper has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to explore a potential merger with Aware Super.
