In February 2021, Stanhope Capital merged with US-based FWM Holdings. Following this in December 2022, the firm merged with Luxemburg-based family office, Arche Associates. In Q3 2025, Stanhope Capital was acquired by Corient, a Miami, Florida-based wealth manager.
