Southern California IBEW-NECA Health Trust Fund is a multiemployer health benefit plan that was established to provide a range of health and welfare benefits to eligible employees and their dependents. The plan serves individuals employed by participating employers that are signatories to a collective bargaining agreement between Local 11 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the Los Angeles County Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). Benefits provided include life insurance, hospital, medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, and death coverage, as well as certain retiree medical benefits for eligible retirees.
