About

SKB Banka was a prominent Slovenian universal bank that became part of OTP Group. In August 2024, SKB Banka merged with Nova KBM, another OTP Group subsidiary, forming OTP Banka d.d. In 2019, OTP Group made its entry into the Slovenian market by acquiring SKB Banka from Société Générale.
