Silver Creek Capital Management (Silver Creek) is a US-based fund of hedge fund manager. It was established in 1994 as the successor entity to the DFP Fund, a hedge fund launched by Eric Dillon and Tim Flaherty in 1994. This entity is the general partner to DFP Fund, an affiliated investment fund for which Silver Creek is an investment manager. Silver Creek Advisory Partners (SCAP) is an affiliated management company of Silver Creek, which was founded in 2010. This entity serves as the investment adviser to the current funds open for new investment. SCAP has engaged Silver Creek to provide the personnel and infrastructure needed to perform its duties with the funds it manages. Several key senior employees of Silver Creek beneficially own SCAP. It has also agreed to provide investment research, advice, and due diligence to Silver Creek.
