Signature Capital Investments was a public investment company based in Sydney. It was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange but delisted on 10 July 2013 following shareholders' approval. The firm's objective was to generate superior returns over the long-term across all market conditions via exposure to a diversified portfolio of international absolute return funds. In April 2016, SGIH Pty Ltd, a wholly-owned member of RF Capital Group of Companies, acquired 100% of the share capital in Signature Capital Investment, making it the firm's sole shareholder. Signature Capital Investments has closed its operations in the fund of hedge funds space.
