About

shaPE Capital (shaPE) was established in 2001 and is an investment company that is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (ticker symbol: SHPN). It follows the principle of a fund of funds and aims to provide easy access to private equity investments with regular liquidity. In order to minimise investment risks, shaPE diversifies its investments across various regions, industry sectors and vintage years. shaPE’s original sponsor, Julius Baer Group, reassumed responsibility for managing the investment vehicle in October 2009, taking over from Horizon21 Private Equity.
