Setta Gestão & Governança Patrimonial, or Setta, is a Brazil-based multi-family office headquartered in Rio de Janeiro that provides wealth management and wealth planning services for high-net-worth families. Its offering includes personalized allocation of financial assets, as well as governance support covering tax, succession, and patrimonial structuring in Brazil and abroad. The firm also integrates legal expertise into its process, using an in-house team to help assess family structures and identify vulnerabilities. Setta was founded by partners with backgrounds in private banking and family office management and began operations with approximately R$2 billion under management following a spin-off from Mandatto family office.
