SanLing Energy is a privately owned oil and gas producer in Western Canada. In 2015, SanLing Energy bought out Spyglass Resources and all of its assets. In March 2013, AvenEX Energy merged with Pace Oil and Gas Ltd. and Charger Energy Corp. to form Spyglass Resources Corp.
