About

On 1st October 2007, BlackRock acquired the fund of funds business of the Quellos Group, an acquisition which formed one integrated platform, providing private equity fund of funds to institutional and individual investors worldwide. The joint business will be operating under the name BlackRock Alternative Advisors.
