Prescott Group is a real estate investment bank which focuses primarily on private clients, providing real estate investments to high net worth individuals, trusts, foundations, families and other private investment groups. It invests in assets and operating entities with both private and institutional investors. The group also provides real estate investment banking services to its clients. Prescott Group has two subsidiaries. Prescott Capital Management is the firm’s investment and asset management subsidiary, working closely with groups providing wealth management services to significant individual investors. It also has Prescott Capital Advisors is the firm’s investment banking unit, which acts as an advisor and financial intermediary in securing capital for assets and entities in the US and internationally.
