About

Prager Metis was formed in January 2013 by the combination of Prager and Fenton LLC and Metis Group LLC, two accounting firms who found their deep-rooted practices to be both philosophically and culturally complementary. The firm offers a full range of accounting, audit, tax, advisory and international services and serves a diverse domestic and international clientele in a wide range of industries. Prager Metis was acquired Blair, Bohle & Whitsitt in 2021. Prager Metis acquired Gassman Financial Group in Q1 of 2023.
