PCG Asset Management's private equity-focused advisory and investment services. The firm invested through fund of funds and customised investment programs. The firm also provided strategic portfolio construction, diligent risk management, and portfolio monitoring and reporting services. On November 16, 2011, Mitsubishi Corporation announced that its subsidiary, TorreyCove Capital Partners, had entered into an agreement with PCG Asset Management to acquire approximately 80% of the advisory and fund management business of PCG together with its current management team. PCG has now be renamed TorreyCove Capital Partners and is run by David Fann.
