About

Parish Capital Advisors was a private equity fund of funds manager, established in 2003, that focused solely on “ESN” opportunities through funds of funds, separate accounts, and advisory services. ESN managers were defined as: experienced private equity investors with smaller pools of capital and niche sector, geographic, and/or strategy focus. Parish Capital specializes in making private equity investments with ESN managers of the small and middle-market buyout, growth, and venture capital funds, as well as opportunistic investments, which include co-investments in companies and the purchase of secondary interests. In November 2011, Parish Capital’s assets were sold to <a href="/user/pe/investor_details.aspx?firmID= 14411">StepStone Group</a>. StepStone planned to manage Parish’s fund of funds vehicles, but would not be raising any funds under the Parish name going forwards.
