Panmure Liberum

Panmure Liberum is an investment bank founded by Harry Panmure Gordon; it is an international corporate and institutional stockbroker. Its main operations focus on the provision of investment banking and institutional stockbroking services. Its corporate finance team offers a range of advisory services including IPOs and mergers and acquisitions. Its main clients are small and mid-sized UK companies, who are based in a range of business sectors including leisure, financial services, technology, health, engineering, media, resources, and support services. It also offers advisory services to larger corporations on their mid-sized mergers and acquisitions transactions. In March 2007 Panmure Liberum acquired ThinkEquity Partners LLC, a US-based investment bank and it had previously merged with Durlacher, the technology investment bank. Panmure Liberum is listed on London's AIM market. In 2015 it was acquired by Charles Stanley Securities and in 2017 by Ellsworthy Ltd. However, in 2020, Panmure Liberum acquired Whitman Howard, a boutique corporate broker that serviced a core client base of small and mid-cap companies. The company has about 90 UK-listed corporate clients and over 800 institutional clients, it also provides research on over 500 companies, makes markets in more than 800 stocks, and offers broad coverage from FTSE 100 to AIM and US growth stocks.Read more ⏷
