About

In order to integrate and utilize capital more effectively, National Development Fund of the Executive Yuan was formed as a result of the merger of Taiwan's Development Fund and Sino-American Fund. As a national fund, it is overseen by Council for Economic Planning and Development, Taiwan's state planning commissions. The government agency's main objective is to enhance innovative development of industries and spur overall economic growth. The institution supports domestic industrial upgrading and backs government implementation of various industrial policy programs. Other than actively investing in the emergence and upgrading of industries, National Development Fund of the Executive Yuan also aims to assist the business development of venture capital enterprises.
