Mount Cuba Capital serves as a principal investment office managing an existing portfolio of minority positions in alternative asset managers and innovative early-stage companies and respective funds. The Mount Cuba team was formed in 2008 following the acquisition of Hedge Interactive by Hedge force, a global marketer of hedge funds. The primary objectives are to manage the existing portfolios of the interests of the principals of Hedge Interactive along with the identification and diligence of new investment opportunities.
