About

Military Mutual Aid Association (MMAA) is a South Korea-based public pension fund that provides pension, welfare, education and healthcare support to military and associated civilian personnel of the Ministry of National Defense. As one of the major public pension funds in South Korea, MMAA participates extensively in domestic construction and real estate projects to aid the country’s development. In 2008, MMAA formed Mplus Asset Management, an asset management affiliate to handle a portion of its investment portfolio as well as the assets of non-affiliated clients. The investment teams of both institutions are separate and independent.
