About

LRI Capital Management was an investment services company based in Luxembourg, formed following the merger of Apex Group, LRI Group, and Augeo Capital Management (formerly Warburg Invest Luxembourg). The merger was part of Apex's strategic move to unite the two management companies under one common brand. LRI Invest offered administration services for all investment vehicles regulated under German and Luxembourg investment laws. Its services scope included all aspects of a professional fund administration, from fund accounting, NAV calculation, annual reports, communication with regulatory authorities and auditors, data management, and reporting. LRI Invest has now rebranded to <a href="https://pro.preqin.com/serviceProvider/223655">FundRock Management Company</a>.
