About

Local Pensions Partnership is a public pension fund headquartered in London, UK. It is the collective investment pool for <a href=https://pro.preqin.com/investor/2262>Lancashire County Council Pension Fund</a>, <a href=https://pro.preqin.com/investor/4097>London Pensions Fund Authority</a>, and <a href=https://pro.preqin.com/investor/6130>Royal County of Berkshire Pension Scheme</a>. In July 2015, the UK government announced that it would work with the Local Government Pension Schemes (LGPS) to reform the way investments are managed. As part of the reform, the government ordered the 91 Local Government Pensions Schemes to combine assets into large investment pools. In April 2016, Local Pensions Partnership received its FCA accreditation and Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) authorization. Since April 2018, the constituent public pension funds had entirely pooled their assets into the Local Pensions Partnership pool.
