LFPI Group is a France-based real estate firm, specializing in the acquisition of real estate assets and the management of private real estate funds. Established in 2006, it focuses on opportunities in office, retail, residential and hotel properties across Austria, France, Germany and Italy. LFPI Gestion focuses on majority and minority leveraged buyout and growth investments in public equity companies (PIPE). The firm focuses on various sectors within the French economy, including food, healthcare, retail, construction, manufacturing, and services, with a preference for small to mid-sized businesses. It also invests in family businesses or group subsidiaries where the companies are positioned in the niche and profitable sectors and with significant prospects for growth, whether organic or external by acquisition. LFPE was established in 2006 by LFPI, a multi-strategy alternative asset manager. LFPE is the firm's private equity fund of funds arm, dedicated to partnering with major management firms operating in their respective countries. The firm offers investors access to primary and secondary investments as well as co-investments alongside some of the funds within which LFPI Group has invested.
