About

Local Authorities Pension Plan (LAPP) was established as a defined benefit pension plan for employees of Local Authorities in Alberta. It provides support for health authorities, cities, towns, villages, municipal districts, colleges, school boards, and many other public sector organizations. The plan is financed by employee and employer contributions and investment earnings of the LAPP Fund.
